The diagram below is the initial plan for the garden. As the garden progresses from season to season and year to year there will probably be changes. The plantings will definitely change with time as we discover which plants do well and fit into the design. The path will be shredded bark. The areas designated as grass may be turned into shredded bark as well. The diagram does not show that some areas of the garden will be elevated which is part of the plan. The numbers correspond to the plant list to help identify the plantings. The photo gallery is a visual record of the actual work on the plan.
