pederbeck Art is the collaborative and individual artistic expressions of two artists, Jane Pederson and Don Aggerbeck, also known as pederbeck Arte gruppe. Don and Jane work in a variety of mediums; collage, mixed media, drawing, painting, photography and computer techniques. Many of the images created using these techniques become postcard art and greeting cards which are mailed to friends, fellow artists and relatives and even played a role in their courtship and marriage. One of their images was selected by the Emergency Foodshelf Network as an Artwork for Tummies holiday card. Don and Jane met in 1989 while working for a fine art publisher. Both have backgrounds in art and produced artwork individually prior to their meeting and continue to do so. Don graduated from St. Olaf College and studied at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Jane has a Degree in fine arts from the University of Iowa.
