One Breath
Our first DVD is now available. Included are the three videos on the video page of our website as well as one additional video, “Cultivate Thoughts Like Flowers.” We have created these videos using our artwork and photography as well as our own musical compositions. We hope that these videos might cultivate health, well-being and positive thoughts. Contact us if you wish to order one.

“Cultivate Thoughts Like Flowers” is our newest video and is only available on our DVD. Thoughts arise in our minds, blossom and fade like flowers. If our thoughts are to be positive and create well-being the soil in which they are planted must be cultivated. We hope this video adds a little compost to the soil of your mind.
